This policy explains what personal information T-NOTES collects and how we use it. We only collect what we need to sell you notes and deliver them.

What we collect

• Your details: the name, email and (optionally) phone number you enter at checkout.
• Your order: which notes you bought, the amount, and a payment reference.
• Payment data: handled entirely by Paystack. We never see or store your card number.

How we use it

• To process your payment and deliver your notes.
• To email you your download links and receipt.
• To help you if you contact us about an order.

We don’t sell your information, and we don’t send marketing you didn’t ask for.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that make the site work: Paystack (payments), our database and hosting provider, and our email provider — and only so they can perform that service. Each processes your data on our behalf.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed to support you and to meet any legal or accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise them.

Your rights

Under POPIA you can ask us what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it where we’re not required to keep it. Email owentom449@gmail.com and we’ll help.
