T-NOTES
Terms of Use
Last updated: July 2026
These terms govern your use of T-NOTES (the “Service”) and any notes or past papers you buy from it. By buying or using the notes, you agree to them. The Service is operated by Tom Owen.
What you’re buying
T-NOTES sells digital study notes and past-paper materials for university modules. They are study aids created by students to help your revision. They are not official course material, are not endorsed by any university, and we don’t guarantee any particular mark or result — how you do in your assessments is up to you.
Your licence
When you buy a note you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own studies. You may not share, copy for others, resell, publish or distribute the notes, in whole or in part. Doing so breaches this licence and may also amount to copyright infringement and academic dishonesty.
Payment
Payments are processed securely by Paystack. We don’t see or store your card details. Prices are shown in South African Rand and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Delivery
After a successful payment you get download links immediately, and we email them to the address you gave at checkout. Download links are personal to your order and expire after 30 days — please save your files somewhere safe.
Refunds
Because the notes are digital and available immediately, our Refund Policy applies. Please read it before buying.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the Service — for example by attempting to access notes you haven’t paid for, interfering with the site, or infringing others’ rights. We may suspend access if these terms are breached.
Liability
We provide the notes “as is” and take reasonable care to keep them accurate and useful, but we can’t promise they are error-free or complete, or that they cover everything in your course. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any loss arising from relying on them. Nothing here limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act that can’t lawfully be excluded.
