Digital notes are delivered immediately

The notes and past papers are digital products delivered to you the moment your payment succeeds. Because you can download and keep them straight away, purchases are generally non-refundable once the notes have been delivered or downloaded.

Preview before you buy

To help you decide, every note has a free preview showing a large sample of the real content and the full list of topics it covers. Please use it before purchasing — it’s there so you know exactly what you’re getting.

When we will refund

We’ll gladly sort you out if something has genuinely gone wrong, for example:

• You were charged more than once for the same order.
• A download link doesn’t work and we can’t fix it for you.
• The file is corrupted or clearly not what was described.
• You were charged but never received access.

How to request help

Email owentom449@gmail.com with your order reference (shown on your confirmation) within 7 days and a short description of the problem. We’ll respond and, where a refund is due, process it back to your original payment method.

Your statutory rights

This policy doesn’t take away any rights you have under South African consumer law, including the Consumer Protection Act, that can’t lawfully be excluded.
